Order approval and payment

Placing an order submits a fulfilment request to Greedy Little Crumbs. Your card is authorised at checkout but is not charged until we review and approve the order. If we cannot meet the requested timeline, we will contact you and cancel the order or release the authorisation.

Lead time

Please allow 4–5 days for both collection and local delivery. We will confirm the fulfilment date when your order is approved.

Collection

Collection at Barbican Station is free. Exact meeting details and the agreed collection window are provided only after the order is approved.

Local delivery

Local delivery is free to eligible EC postcodes shown at checkout. Delivery is made to the address provided with the order within the agreed fulfilment window.

Changes, delays and missed fulfilment

Contact hello@greedylittlecrumbs.co.uk as soon as possible if any delivery or collection information is incorrect. If an unavoidable delay occurs, we will contact you to agree a new time or provide an appropriate refund. We are not responsible for delays caused by incorrect customer information or an unavailable recipient.
