A deeply caramelised crust with a soft, open crumb and gentle tang. Baked in small batches for thick slices, toast and tearing into before it cools.

Ingredients: White WHEAT flour, wholemeal WHEAT flour, dark RYE flour and salt. The starter uses the same flours.
